If you miss the deadline, the data of the person who placed the order will automatically be entered for all tickets purchased. Changing this automatic personalisation is subject to a charge of €10 per ticket. If the tickets have not been personalised by the start of the event, re-personalisation on site will cost €15 per ticket.
We will create your tickets as soon as possible and send you an e-mail with the link to your MyTicket-Portal where you can download and print your ticket(s). Please check your inbox or click the "Open tickets" button stated below that will take you directly to your My-Ticket portal.
